- able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand and walk for extended periods

- able to handle cash and operate POS system accurately

- operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and quickly
- uphold cash handling procedures
- obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- deliver attentive and friendly service to guests ensuring memorable dining experiences
