Job Requirements

High school diploma
minimum one year of restaurant experience preferred
ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and move for extended periods
reliable commute or planning to relocate to Burlington, MA 01803 before starting work
ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

Experience as a restaurant server
experience with any ordering information system
critical thinker and problem-solving skills

great interpersonal and communication skills

excellent physical condition

high school diploma
food safety training will be considered a plus

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer services
greet customers and present menus
make suggestions based on their preferences
take and serve food/drinks orders
arrange table settings
keep tables clean and tidy at all times
deliver checks and collect payments
communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
