Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with serving, including standing and walking for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations by ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
- anticipate and respond to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- report equipment and facility problems to the Manager
- follow proper table bussing procedures
- adhere to safe work practices to ensure safety of self, co-workers, and guests
- perform duties according to duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- comply with local health department laws
