Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in serving or related hospitality role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand, lift and move
- Availability during flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
- Legal age 18 or older
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent and fully conversational in English
- Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
- Must be flexible
Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service, standard operating procedures
- Greet guests pleasantly
- Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
- Follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
- Maintain cleanliness within the restaurants dining and service stations
- Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- Assist team members as needed
- Inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiries
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
