Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Demonstrates the ability to courteously serve all residents and their guests and answer any dining related questions
- Offers specials and completes the order by asking appropriate questions to the customer in order to make their meal complete
- Maintains Dining Room and work areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times according to department standards as observed by random inspections
- Handles all glassware and silverware in a safe and sanitary manner and resets table according to procedures
- Assists other departmental staff with assigned duties and training with or without verbal requests
- Performs duties in an independent manner with minimal need for direct supervision as observed by supervisor
- Makes suggestions for improvement in food and service and participates in mandatory and regular meetings and provides input feedback
- Works harmoniously and cooperatively within a team structure collaborating with co-workers while remaining positive and respectful at all times including delivering on resident and guest functions, activities and promotions
