Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- eligible to work in the United States
- 1+ year of restaurant front-of-house experience preferred but not required
- team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- punctuality and reliability
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries about ingredients and specials
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing
- handle customer payments and process transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
