Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
  • Process payments and close out tables efficiently
