Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
- Process payments and close out tables efficiently
