Job Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in high-volume, upscale dining
- confident and knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings

Job Qualifications
- Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
- knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
- strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
- monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
- collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
- handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
