Job Requirements

Job Duties
- provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service

- collects payments from customers
- writes or enters food orders accurately
- prepares checks itemizing meal costs and taxes
- takes food or beverage orders from patrons
- checks patrons' identification for alcoholic beverages
- serves food or beverages to patrons
- presents menus and answers questions about menu items
- cleans tables or counters after dining
- prepares and serves drinks
- stocks service areas with supplies
- maintains personal hygiene and dress standards
- adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work on time
- is knowledgeable of all menu items
- accurately reports tip income
