Job Requirements

Previous service experience in fine dining
Ability to exude hospitality to every guest while maintaining Ruth's Chris standards of service
Experience in full bar and wine service
Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests

Job Duties

Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience meeting or exceeding expectations
Deliver food, beverages, and service according to Ruth's Chris standards and procedures
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including full bar and wine service
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
Handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment up to 50 pounds
Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained
Attend training sessions to improve service skills
