Job Requirements

  • Previous service experience in fine dining
  • Ability to exude hospitality to every guest while maintaining Ruth's Chris standards of service
  • Experience in full bar and wine service
  • Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests
