Job Requirements
- Previous service experience in fine dining
- Ability to exude hospitality to every guest while maintaining Ruth's Chris standards of service
- Experience in full bar and wine service
- Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience meeting or exceeding expectations
- Deliver food, beverages, and service according to Ruth's Chris standards and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including full bar and wine service
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
- Handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained
- Attend training sessions to improve service skills
