Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Capability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
  • Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining the food and beverage menus
  • Recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's features, and identifying wines
  • Thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions
  • Communicating special accommodations such as food allergies to managers before reporting to the kitchen
  • Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining areas
  • Completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
