Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely carry up to 30 pounds
Capacity to remain standing during 8 to 12 hour shifts
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

Ability to work well in a team environment

Previous customer service experience preferred
Basic familiarity with POS systems helpful
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and seat them with a smile when they arrive
Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
Ensure customers are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
Present and settle customer checks promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
