Job Requirements
- Must represent company's culture, vision, and values

- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must wear a mask and follow all safety and sanitation policies
- At least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of and passion for wine, beer, and spirits
- Love guest service

- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- At least two years' experience in an upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Ability to work around loud noise
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers, and team members
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years' experience in an upscale casual dining or full-service high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of and passion for wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- Have extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell and reinforce customers' orders
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies including wearing masks
- Represent company's culture, vision, and values in daily interactions
- Communicate clearly with guests, managers, and team members
- Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain professionalism under pressure
