Job Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in an upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
  • Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to work around loud noise
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers, and team members

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an upscale casual dining or full-service high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of and passion for wine, beer, and spirits
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and speaking in English
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, prompt and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
  • Have extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell and reinforce customers' orders
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies including wearing masks
  • Represent company's culture, vision, and values in daily interactions
  • Communicate clearly with guests, managers, and team members
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain professionalism under pressure
