Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year in a fast-paced dining environment
  • experience with Mediterranean food is a plus
  • knowledgeable on food safety guidelines
  • wine and/or liquor knowledge is highly preferred
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • bilingual is a huge plus
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and deliver an exceptional dining experience aligned with hospitality standards
  • present menus, explain specials, and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system
  • ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining coordination with kitchen and bar teams
  • anticipate guest needs and check back regularly to ensure satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and service areas
  • follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and uphold company safety and sanitation policies
  • manage guest checks, process payments accurately, and ensure proper tip handling procedures
  • collaborate with fellow servers, support staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow
  • communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback or service issues
  • attend pre-shift meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards
  • support a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold company culture and values
