Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • able to stand and walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
  • positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest service

  • dependable and team-oriented work ethic
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures

Job Duties

  • Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps guests coming back
  • take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence and enthusiasm
  • share menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and recommendations
  • stay on top of menu and specials to guide guests’ choices
  • clear and reset tables quickly for the next group
  • support teammates by running food, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing even beyond your section
  • assist with private parties and corporate events
  • handle sidework such as restocking, cleaning, and setting up stations
  • be proactive by seating guests, answering phones, or helping wherever needed
  • communicate clearly with team members and managers to keep shifts smooth
  • stay aware of everything happening throughout the center to ensure a top-notch guest experience
