Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
basic math proficiency
friendly and professional demeanor
ability to handle customer complaints effectively

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
present and recommend menu items answer questions about menu items and make suggestions based on guests preferences
accurately take food and beverage orders from patrons using a POS system
deliver orders in a timely and accurate manner ensuring all items are served according to quality standards
monitor tables and anticipate guests needs by responding to all requests efficiently
process payments and provide guests with an accurate check
adhere to food safety sanitation and alcohol guidelines
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
maintain a clean and organized service area including tables chairs and floor
handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for daily operations
