Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods

- ability to handle customer complaints effectively

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- present and recommend menu items answer questions about menu items and make suggestions based on guests preferences
- accurately take food and beverage orders from patrons using a POS system
- deliver orders in a timely and accurate manner ensuring all items are served according to quality standards
- monitor tables and anticipate guests needs by responding to all requests efficiently
- process payments and provide guests with an accurate check
- adhere to food safety sanitation and alcohol guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
- maintain a clean and organized service area including tables chairs and floor
- handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
- assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for daily operations
