Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- teamwork skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred

- basic knowledge of POS systems
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly in the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle bills punctually, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
