Job Requirements
- Must be 19 or older in selected markets based on alcohol service rules, state and county specific
- Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol, state and county specific
- Work a varied schedule including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events
- Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides
- Meet physical requirements as dictated by the job, standing (8 hours), walking, lifting (40 pounds), stooping, carrying (25 pounds), and wiping
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards beneficial
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Ability to learn and adhere to company service standards
Job Duties
- Embrace and internalize The Way
- Fanatic execution of the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service to every guest
- Robust understanding and production of all food items
- Intense application of food safety practices
- Consistently work as a team to achieve a productive and smooth shift with excellent communication
- Obsessively maintain a clean and safe environment for the guest and team members
