Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work in a team environment attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- ability to operate a POS system
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sale of drinks appetizers and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- ensure guests are well attended offer beverage refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the check promptly thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
