Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is an asset
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and welcome them when seated
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- timely pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
