- Must be at least 18 years old
- Food Handler Certification required
- TABC Certification required
- ability to read and understand simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence

- ability to add and subtract multi-digit numbers and perform money transactions
- ability to operate point-of-sale system
- exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- physical ability to stand and walk constantly
- ability to stoop and kneel occasionally
- ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps occasionally
- ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for long periods

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- make guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to care for them
- answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
- take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly
- prepare the final bill, present the check to guests, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
- perform side work as required by management at the start and end of each shift
- monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers
- assist fellow servers as needed
- be at least 18 years old
- obtain strong working knowledge of the menu by completing server training
- work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week
- attend all scheduled team member meetings
