Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Take residents' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist residents with dining needs ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before during and after service
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
