Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with strong attention to detail
  • Must maintain compliance with food safety standards

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly when seated
  • Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Collect and deliver food orders promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • Process and close out bills in a timely manner
  • Follow all food safety regulations
