Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
Valid beverage service certificate if required by state law
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant server experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

Provide prompt and friendly service to guests
Ensure safe food handling and allergen awareness
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain knowledge of programs to support company goals
Operate POS system efficiently and accurately
Uphold cash handling procedures
Possess state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
