Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests in a friendly and timely manner
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- provide detailed knowledge about menu items, including ingredients and wine pairings
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience by responding promptly to needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- process payments and balance cash register at the end of shifts
