Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- good physical stamina
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage service is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial
Job Duties
- greet guests cheerfully
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- suggest menu items to enhance guest experience
- serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- assist in maintaining front-of-house service areas and equipment
- accurately ring in orders
- listen intently to guest requests
