Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
ability to stand for extended periods
strong customer service orientation
good physical stamina
flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food and beverage service is an asset
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial

Job Duties

greet guests cheerfully
take food and beverage orders accurately
suggest menu items to enhance guest experience
serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
assist in maintaining front-of-house service areas and equipment
accurately ring in orders
listen intently to guest requests
