- previous customer service experience of at least six months
- must have availability on weekends
- ability to follow safety and sanitation rules

Job Duties
- Demonstrates the ability to courteously serve all residents and their guests and answer any dining related questions
- Offers specials and completes the order by asking appropriate questions to the customer in order to make their meal complete
- Maintains dining room and work areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times according to department standards as observed by random inspections
- Handles all glassware and silverware in a safe and sanitary manner and resets table according to procedures
- Assists other departmental staff with assigned duties and training with or without verbal requests
- Performs duties in an independent manner with minimal need for direct supervision as observed by supervisor
- Makes suggestions for improvement in food and service and participates in mandatory and regular meetings and provides input feedback
- Works harmoniously and cooperatively within a team structure and collaborates with co-workers while remaining positive and respectful at all times including delivering on resident and guest functions activities and promotions
