Job Requirements
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- must be able to move and process information quickly
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 years experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel
- possesses a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude
- good math skills and ability to operate a POS system
- clear and effective communication skills with managers, employees, guests and purveyors
- ability to move and process information quickly
- working knowledge of the English language
Job Duties
- Ensures service standards and proper execution
- displays expert level knowledge of menus and can guide guests through the Tupelo experience
- communicates clearly and effectively with managers, employees, guests, and purveyors
- operates the POS system efficiently
- maintains a positive, proactive, and constructive teamwork attitude
- handles physical demands like standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- processes information quickly and accurately
