Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local laws
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role preferred

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to Guests
- Serve fresh, Caribbean inspired food and tropical drinks
- Ensure all Guest touchpoints are clean and sanitized
- Create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for Guests
- Handle Guest requests and inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow
- Promote menu items and specials to enhance Guest experience
