Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods
- Courteous friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts with overtime
- Physical stamina to perform job duties
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated team player attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the meal service including drink refills pre-bussing and removal of empty plates
- Maintains a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborates effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Responds promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
- Assists in setting up and closing down the dining area
- Supports team members to promote a cooperative work environment
- Upholds safety and sanitation standards consistently
