Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies

Job Duties
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests
- Complete orders and process payment transactions quickly and accurately in POS system
- Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
- Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
