Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic service protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Master the menu and drink offerings to guide guests through their experience
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared station
  • Proactively handle guest concerns or requests with grace and professionalism
  • Partner with support staff such as bussers, food runners, and bar to ensure seamless service
