Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous front-of-house experience
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

Experience in hosting, serving, and bussing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Team player attitude
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking and accurately recording food and beverage orders
Serving food and beverages efficiently
Clearing and resetting tables promptly
Cleaning and maintaining dining room and restroom areas
Assisting with hosting duties as needed
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
