Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work various shifts including mornings, middays, and evenings
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Basic math skills for order accuracy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working as a Server is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist coworkers
Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Remains aware of guest needs to make their experience pleasurable
- Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Understands product specifications and ensures guests' receipts are accurate
- Performs opening and closing procedures and completes side work duties
- Reports equipment and facility problems to the Manager
- Follows correct table bussing procedures
- Adheres to safe work practices for personal and co-worker safety
- Performs assigned cleaning duties and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Complies with local health department laws
