Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant or relatable experience
able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
must have a RBS certification
must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
ability to memorize menus and speak articulately
ability to follow directions
works with positive communication
team mentality
able to work various hours/days as business dictates
reliable transportation to work

Job Duties

maintain guest service according to restaurant standards
have the highest level of menu knowledge
take orders accurately and deliver dishes in a timely fashion
clear tables and maintain cleanliness
assist guests with beverage questions and attentive hospitality
use knowledge of food and beverage to address questions on ingredients, allergens, purveyors, and preparation
interact positively with guests and colleagues and assist promptly
uphold sanitary food handling practices
