Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant or relatable experience
- able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- must have a RBS certification
- must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
- ability to memorize menus and speak articulately
- ability to follow directions
- works with positive communication
- team mentality
- able to work various hours/days as business dictates
- reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- maintain guest service according to restaurant standards
- have the highest level of menu knowledge
- take orders accurately and deliver dishes in a timely fashion
- clear tables and maintain cleanliness
- assist guests with beverage questions and attentive hospitality
- use knowledge of food and beverage to address questions on ingredients, allergens, purveyors, and preparation
- interact positively with guests and colleagues and assist promptly
- uphold sanitary food handling practices
