Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Ability to perform medium physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
Capable of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions
Visual acuity including depth perception, color vision, and field of vision with or without correction
Must be punctual and reliable
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Ability to provide friendly and patient customer service
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen

Job Qualifications

0 to 2 years of related work experience
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to memorize orders and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
Knowledge of customer service best practices

Job Duties

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
Make an effort to learn customers' names and address them accordingly
Answer the telephone promptly and assist customers with orders
Check with customers to ensure meal satisfaction and rectify issues
Collect payments and prepare itemized checks
Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately
Verify patrons' identification for alcoholic beverage purchases
Serve food and beverages and prepare specialty dishes when required
Present menus and answer questions, making recommendations
Clean tables and counters after dining
Prepare drinks including hot, cold, and mixed beverages
Stock service areas with necessary supplies
Maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
Follow company policies and store guidelines
Report to work as scheduled and on time
Maintain knowledge of all menu items including bar offerings
Accurately report tip income
