Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- team player with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service or food service experience is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure customers are well taken care of, offer beverage refills and clear unused items
- provide timely bill delivery and payment processing
- follow all food safety regulations
