Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of POS systems advantageous
Friendly and positive attitude towards customers

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Timely pick up and deliver food orders
Ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
Deliver and process the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
