- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and communicate in English
- skilled in operating Micros and conducting credit card transactions
- demonstrate effective communication skills with guests
- able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- familiar with sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- able to work cooperatively in a team environment
- reliable and punctual
- able to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- attentive to guest needs and enthusiastic about providing excellent service
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and alert management when necessary
- greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take food and drink orders
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- enter orders into Micros system quickly and accurately
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to tables
- work efficiently using the "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables as needed
- assist other team members as business dictates
- complete station side work at beginning and end of shift
- participate in incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
- keep station clean and set up/take down tables
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- operate Micros system and handle financial transactions accurately
- comply with dress code and professional appearance
