Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Handle guest payments and ensure transaction accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to provide efficient service
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of dining area throughout shifts
