Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional hospitality experience
- Valid DABS alcohol server certification
- Valid food handler's permit
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
- Ability to maintain professional grooming and appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in upscale or fine dining hospitality
- Current DABS On-Premises Alcohol Server certificate
- Current Food Handler's permit
- Demonstrated interest in wine and spirit education
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Guide members through the chef's curated menu and recommend dishes
- Lead members through cocktail and wine program with knowledgeable suggestions
- Ensure each guest experience is flawless and meticulously executed
- Work effectively as part of a team and remain receptive to feedback and coaching
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for fine dining
- Prioritize workload independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with members and team
