Job Duties

Greet all guests with personal style and a friendly disposition
Provide personable, helpful and efficient food service
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Memorize menu abbreviations and ticket writing procedures
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
Deliver food and drink orders accurately to tables and bar seats
Bus and manicure tables, polish silverware, and replenish condiments
Handle cash and credit card transactions according to procedures
Assist in seating guests and answering telephones as needed
Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
Observe state and federal laws regarding the service of alcohol
