knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
ability to lift and carry trays

Job Duties

set up and break down banquet events including table settings, buffet stations, and beverage service
provide attentive and efficient service during weddings, golf tournaments, member events, and private functions
serve à la carte meals in the dining room when needed, following proper service etiquette
maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
uphold club standards for appearance, professionalism, and member interaction
assist with inventory, restocking, and closing duties as assigned
