Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work well with others and pay attention to detail while multitasking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service or server role preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly as they are seated
  • Suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Collect and deliver orders promptly
  • Ensure guests are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly while thanking guests and inviting them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
