Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work well with others and pay attention to detail while multitasking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or server role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they are seated
- Suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Collect and deliver orders promptly
- Ensure guests are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly while thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
