Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • knowledge of POS systems is a plus
  • strong attention to detail
  • basic math skills

Job Duties

  • welcome and greet customers with a smile when seated
  • suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • pick up and deliver food orders promptly
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle checks promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
