Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform physical duties including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Answers the telephone promptly and takes customer orders
- Checks with customers to ensure satisfaction and takes action to correct any problems
- Collects payments from customers
- Writes or enters food orders accurately
- Prepares checks that itemize meal costs and sales taxes
- Checks patrons' identification for alcoholic beverages
- Serves food and beverages and prepares specialty dishes
- Presents menus and answers questions making recommendations
- Cleans tables or counters after dining
- Prepares drinks and chills bottles of wine
- Stocks service areas with supplies
- Maintains adherence to hygiene and dress standards
- Reports to work on time and follows company policies
- Accurately reports tip income
