Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
- must be able to reach, bend, stoop
- frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school education
- hospitality or related degrees are a plus
- minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
Job Duties
- Present drink menu to guests
- make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- take orders accurately
- promptly serve food and drinks
- check in with guests regarding their experience
- up-sell whenever possible
- record orders immediately into POS
- accept and process guest payments
- maintain guest's table by clearing wrappers, dirty napkins, glasses, dishes, and silverware as necessary
