Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour
- two to three years of experience as a server, fine dining experience preferred
- food handling certificate where applicable
- certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable
- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- strong organization and time management skills
- able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- anticipate residents' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- maintain complete knowledge of restaurant operations, proper table set-up, and dress code
- work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and/or General Manager to keep residents satisfied with food and beverage programs
- set tables in accordance with Coterie standards
- serve residents and guests meals and beverages as requested
- maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, including those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated persons
