Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No previous experience required
Motivation to learn and grow
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Open availability for shifts
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35lbs
Willingness to comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Job Duties

Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
Work quickly and efficiently
Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
Maintain proper quality parameters
Follow the 8-step service system
Comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines including serving guests responsibly
Handle cash and use the POS system effectively
Participate in ongoing training and development
