Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain calm demeanor
- Flexible schedule to support private events
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Consistent performance of repetitive motions
- Capability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverage service to Long Cove Club members and guests
- Effectively use POS system (JONAS) to ensure accuracy of food and beverage orders
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by anticipating and prioritizing our members' needs
- Maintain knowledge of our menu to make suggestions for members based on their unique preferences
- Prepare and collect checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
- Complete side work prior, during and after shift
- Additional duties as assigned
